Is it possible I found the cure for TDS?

If anyone's up for a little adventure, check out Some Schmo's posting history from the last month or so. I've been keeping the heat on by highlighting just how absurd it is to label board members as "damned retards" every time someone dares to disagree with his grand ideas. And his posting has become much more delightful because of my constant pressure. I’m giving myself a little round of applause here because I’m the one who put the heat on him and turned him into a superstar board member. Could have been done by Canpakes the moderator, but Canpakes chose to leave it up to me to clean up the board.
And now, thanks to my relentless nagging, over on my TDS thread, Kishkumen has finally confessed that my constant reminders about the progressive movement being a Marxist cult have inspired him to take a softer approach when chatting with Markk on the board. Who knew my persistence could lead to such a transformation? He even said sorry to Markk, which is super nice of him, and I bet Markk is doing a little happy dance over it too!
So if anyone here thinks my teachings have been a hit with these two fine gents, or if you have some suggestions to help the rest of the progressives on the board become a bit more delightful in their posting, don’t hold back! I’m all ears for any advice you think could help me in my quest to make this board fabulous again!
