What the heck is going on?

I've been waiting for someone to post on Biden's cancer diagnosis. I wish him the best for recovery.
My point of the thread is with all the books coming out, and the folks who were close to him revealing how there was a coverup on his decline. The Hur video. And now his having a cancer that he most likely had for years, maybe a decade, and no one knew?
This is going to get a whole lot worse, before it gets better, and it appears that this poor guy was not only used, but abused.
So, what was going on and who was running the country?

Joe Biden was running things. Prostate cancer would not interfere with that.

Those teachers who ever said "there is no such thing as a stupid question" never had Markk for a student.

This is why the progressive left is losing the independent and moderate left.
Do you believe that Biden was competent and actually leading the country, yes or no will do, as H-B believes he was.

Decline happened, he should not have run for a second term. Clearly that was a serious mistake.

The so-called “cover-up” on his mental decline was comedic, ineffective, and silly. Like we all didn’t see what we were seeing with our own eyes. To his credit though, he never claimed windmills were causing cancer, people were eating pets, or that there were airports during the revolutionary war, or that getting magnets wet makes them not work anymore... so, I guess there are gradients of mental fitness and decline.
That said, just because people don't understand how things work, doesn't mean the only answer is a conspiracy.
A Gleason score of 9 (which his cancer cells have been classified with) grows and spreads very rapidly. If he had this for a decade, without aggressive treatment, he would have been dead years ago. I’ve also seen people saying “his PSA would have shown this.” No. While most prostate cancers (particularly hormone sensitive one like his) result in elevated PSA, they don’t always. He could have normal PSA right now, which is very possible, given that what triggered them looking, and the diagnosis, was urinary symptoms.

I thought for one split second he might be outraged over some new damage the clown in office has caused, but of course not. What was I thinking???

We will see. Again who was running the country?
Having chronic prostatitis myself for the past 25 years, I find it hard to belief that he wasn't tested other ways as the President. I am having a flareup now and have a scheduled ultra sound in a few weeks, which I doubt he would have had to wait for one.
Lol, I didn't hear about the airports in the revolutionary war one, the taking a shot of bleach was the dumbest one I can remember.
