As Chap already proved, neither did Biden. Trump, on the other hand, though he might not have overtly called called half the country white supremacists, only a fool could avoid seeing that he was deliberately appealing to white supremacists and other bigots in his entire election campaigns and counting on there being just enough of them to sway the 2016 election in his favor. How tragic it is that he turned out to be right about that!
