It’s worth the watch. Lots of cartoon characters so it should work for Xanax and the jenius, too.

I think it is because someone like Trump speaks to a certain truth experienced by many Americans. In the broadest sense, a truth about how big government is abusive and mostly unnecessarily corrupt and wasteful.
How is it that these people didn't already know Trump was a sleazy businessman? You don't get rid of corruption by electing someone even more corrupt.
"these people"?
So apart from your weak assertion that sleazy and business are mutually exclusive, i would guess that people like Mark Burnett vouched.

That the crowd was infiltrated with Antifa is an all but un-falsifiable premise. Which is exactly what conspiracy theorists rely on.
Even if you allow for the idea that antifa "infiltrated the crowd," it's not like the crowd they infiltrated was reluctant to go along with their "staged" insurrection. In fact, it looks like a ton a Trump fans were happy with what antifa was doing, so much so that it's hard to see where antifa even is in those scenes.

Anyone in the "it was antifa" crowd is an unthinking moron.
Even Trump's sycophantic supporter and house minority leader McCarthy acknowledged the absurdity of claiming that Antifa was involved in, much less leading the insurrection,
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

ARRESTED: Christine Priola, a school therapist who stormed the Capitol & got to @VP’s chair. She quit her job the day after the riot saying: I will be switching paths to expose the global evil of human trafficking & pedophilia, including in our govt & children’s services agencies pic.Twitter.com/kYTsETVVWX

— David Begnaud (@DavidBegnaud) January 14, 2021

Her resignation letter said she was switching careers to focus on exposing human trafficking and pedophilia, citing beliefs that are in line with a conspiracy theory espoused by some Trump supporters.
I wonder if Xanax and the jenius have any sympathy for these people? Can they understand what the MAGAconspiracies-poison is doing to people like Ms. Priola?

That was killer. I've never been able to articulate that exact message so well. Awesome.
Religion is for people whose existential fear is greater than their common sense.

The god idea is popular with desperate people.

Well. Let’s let the Magatard tell us who he is:

https://heavy.com/news/peter-stager/

Stager said that he “did not know the [fully uniformed officer] man he was striking on the ground with the flagpole was a cop and that he thought the person he was striking was Antifa.”

That’s jenius-tier 4d chess, man.

I think it is because someone like Trump speaks to a certain truth experienced by many Americans.
Like, being ripped off by folks who make promises they can’t keep, or that sell you substandard products at inflated prices, or cheat you in real estate deals, or who lie incessantly, or that operate hundreds of shell companies to avoid paying taxes, or brag about groping strangers, or screw prostitutes while their wives are pregnant at home.

In the broadest sense, a truth about how big government is abusive and mostly unnecessarily corrupt and wasteful.
Like when some folks bankrupt multiple businesses and pass the cost on to taxpayers, or who rack up debt that they can’t pay, or who refuse to pay you for services because they are protected by status and layers of lawyers, or who who raid the assets of charities ostensibly set up for cancer victims in order to steer the cash into their own businesses.

Speaking about giving the power back to the people is appealing, especially when "the other side" is exclaiming how they want to take power from the people.
Like when some arrogant blowhard can’t deal with being less popular than he wants to believe, and tries to usurp democracy and reverse the outcome of a national election that booted him from office.

Another point is how there is a truth in the fact that "the other side" denigrates and insults their sense of self on almost all fronts and usually in a blatantly hypocritical manner seasoned with just enough arrogance to make it repulsive to almost every common sense.
Like when folks such as Limbaugh and Coulter and Ingraham, along with dozens of others, spent decades publishing, broadcasting, and exponentially propagating an entire cottage industry out of characterizing their political opposition as godless, subhuman thugs not worthy of life.

Take your post here for example. You literally insult +75 million voters and you honestly can't figure out why they do not like you.
Like when folks spread dumbass bullshittery about nonexistent voter fraud in an attempt to disenfranchise 85 million other Americans.

Lol. Yep. Just like that. : D

Given that this ‘quote’ is completely fake, it’s another example of this statement that some disingenuous dude posted upstream:

You literally insult +75 million voters and you honestly can't figure out why they do not like you.”

I’m not sure what sort of unfortunate childhood trauma caused you to desire to lie incessantly (and led you to be emotionally unprepared to deal with the loss of your candidate), but I hope that you find a better way some day, at least for the sake of your children.

Good luck on your difficult journey back, should you find the courage and resolve to take it.

You should first read what is said and ask yourself if it fits the time and place. It does not. I never followed Trump closely, but even I could see well before he started pretending to be republican that he was not honest.

Ironically, the actual caption for that image, by photographer Sarah Merians, is this:

The First Lady is a wonderful woman who has handled pressure incredibly well

... and it can be found within the introduction to Trump’s 1997 book ‘The Art of the Comeback.’
