Still not the same thing. Produce the source material.

Really?!? You can't read the Gold Plates, so it won't do you much good to possess them. But, if seeing the plates is important to you, ask God. God has the plates. Why don't you ask him to show them to you? In many ways, speaking to God is the answer you are afraid to deal with it appears.SteelHead wrote:Still not the same thing. Produce the source material.

So I can't read them... So what? The spaulding manuscript is equally as likely a source as the plates. Neither can be proven.
As to talking with god about it. I did. Exu said the Book of Mormon is crap.

That is where you are mistaken. God can actually speak with you. So, eventually you will see God SteelHead and know that all these things are true. You would be much better off speaking with God now instead of pretending otherwise. But, if you don't care to know the truth, that is your problem.

I see my god all the time, we talk, he teaches me. Taught me how to fechar meu corpo. I asked him about the Book of Mormon. He said it was "merda pura".

As I said, pretend all you want. It doesn't matter SteelHead. You'll have to face the truth eventually.SteelHead wrote:I see my god all the time, we talk, he teaches me. Taught me how to fechar meu corpo. I asked him about the Book of Mormon. He said it was "merda pura".

I am not pretending. My unverifiable personal interactions with Exu are every bit as real to me as your interaction with Jehovah is to you.
On a side note, Exu said that he "entrou na roda" com Jesus the other day, and that after derrubando Jesus twice with rabo de arriai, Exu determined that Jesus is a moleque chorao. Which being interpreted means whiney bitch.

Hello tobin,
With regards to that Moroni challenge do you really think that it makes sense? The reason I ask is why would God have a concern with regards to whether we believed in the historicity of the Book of Mormon. Can God also be relied upon to tell us if Atlantis ever existed, whether there is an abonimable snowman, or what stocks will go up or down? If not then why would he consider it important that we believe in the historicity of the Book of Mormon and not the other things?
May all your naps be joyous occasions.
