Why don't you you seek him and find out? Oh that's right - you don't really believe the scriptures and that one can see and speak with God. Is that about right Drifting?

That's why I want to know what His voice sounds like, wouldn't want to be tricked into believing its God when it wasn't.

So, what does His voice sound like and how, specificaly could you identify that it was God and not some imposter?

And as I've said, if you knew anything about God you'd know that God won't trick you. Your problem is you don't really believe any of this stuff (the scriptures, the prophets, in God, and so on). A man of God would seek and speak with God. You chafe at that. Belittle those that do. You are not a man of God.

We understand you just fine.

Quitting because you are bored, convince yourself it isn't what you want to do, <pick a reason of the day - I want icecream instead for instance>, and so on is NOT faith in God. It is not being diligent to God. And then turning around and saying, well - "I really wanted to believe" is non-sense. Do you really suppose you could fool God? Look at who and what you are now and what you are doing and you have your answer.

How would you know this since he has only stated the opposite? I think this says more about you and your intolerant attitude. I think it also says something about a guy who claims to have been an ex-mormon atheist when God showed up out of the blue, yet has such a negative attitude towards others who don't believe the same as him.

I personally know there is a God. I have spoken with many others KNOW the same thing. It isn't that we simply believe. We have spoken with God and have a personal witness of Jesus Christ. I know a number that claim it as well, and most won't agree with you. I don't know any here that claim they know from God showing up, but through the HG, which I thought you were critical of as a means of learning objective truths.

Your posts indicate to others the same thing. You dish out just as well as anyone else here does.

No. The problem is you don't answer. I'm not belittling, I am asking you to explain how, specifically you knew it was God as opposed to someone else.

And yet God chose personally to cast his pearls before you when you were an evil man. How can that be?

You said God sought you out when you weren't looking for Him and were sinning quite badly and yet for other people you expect them to be men if God making heart searching enquiries before He will let on.

Can you not see the double standard you have created?
