If the LDS organisations are led by God and Jesus, and God and Jesus is/are perfect, then the organisations too, would be perfect, and if they were, there'd be no inequality, as all human beings are equal, and God is no respecter of persons.
And there certainly wouldn't be a need for changes in the ordinances and or organisational structure, as it would be perfect and not just evolving to suit the ever changing world in which we live in.

Leave me be in my delusion, I am a good person, and the church I like many pay thousands annually into the church and in turn once they have excess over and above their commercial contracts they provide bags of wheat with the church's name printed on the bags to the poorest people in the world.
