"Your sins are forgiven, but never forgotten." --- from a fragment of the Dedalian Sea Scrolls, as yet undiscovered.

And that is just another reason we all need a savior. No one is perfect except for God ----- No Not One! You brought my flub to my attention and I corrected it.

Job 3:1-26 Job opened his mouth and cursed the day of his birth. He wishes that he was never born and that God would obliterate that date, and might those who curse -- curse that day. These being those that wake monsters. Job wishes his eyes never saw the light of day and that he died at birth. Job asks why was he born and why was he nurtured? And Job now wishes he was dead as are many important people whose wealth and kingdoms have long turned to ruins. Job wishes he were killed as a child. In death, Job sees for himself that there is no more torture and the evil are unable to continue In that behavior. Job asks why is life given to those who live a life of pain? What Job most feared has finally happen to him. He has no peace or rest. His thoughts nag him..............

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

1 After this hath Job opened his mouth, and revileth his day.

2 And Job answereth and saith: --

3 Let the day perish in which I am born, And the night that hath said: `A man-child hath been conceived.'

4 That day -- let it be darkness, Let not God require it from above, Nor let light shine upon it.

5 Let darkness and death-shade redeem it, Let a cloud tabernacle upon it, Let them terrify it as the most bitter of days.

6 That night -- let thick darkness take it, Let it not be united to days of the year, Into the number of months let it not come.

7 Lo! that night -- let it be gloomy, Let no singing come into it.

8 Let the cursers of day mark it, Who are ready to wake up Leviathan.

9 Let the stars of its twilight be dark, Let it wait for light, and there is none, And let it not look on the eyelids of the dawn.

10 Because it hath not shut the doors Of the womb that was mine! And hide misery from mine eyes.

11 Why from the womb do I not die? From the belly I have come forth and gasp!

12 Wherefore have knees been before me? And what [are] breasts, that I suck?

13 For now, I have lain down, and am quiet, I have slept -- then there is rest to me,

14 With kings and counsellors of earth, These building wastes for themselves.

15 Or with princes -- they have gold, They are filling their houses [with] silver.

16 (Or as a hidden abortion I am not, As infants -- they have not seen light.)

17 There the wicked have ceased troubling, And there rest do the wearied in power.

18 Together prisoners have been at ease, They have not heard the voice of an exactor,

19 Small and great [are] there the same. And a servant [is] free from his lord.

20 Why giveth He to the miserable light, and life to the bitter soul?

21 Who are waiting for death, and it is not, And they seek it above hid treasures.

22 Who are glad -- unto joy, They rejoice when they find a grave.

23 To a man whose way hath been hidden, And whom God doth shut up?

24 For before my food, my sighing cometh, And poured out as waters [are] my roarings.

25 For a fear I feared and it meeteth me, And what I was afraid of doth come to me.

26 I was not safe -- nor was I quiet -- Nor was I at rest -- and trouble cometh!

Job 4:1-21 Eliphaz the Temanite replied: "Did anyone attempt to speak to you being so depressed ---- but who can keep from speaking? You've instructed many, and strengthened the unsteady. Your words have supported those who stumbled. Now trouble comes your way, and you are discouraged and dismayed. Should not your piety be your confidence and your blameless ways harbor hope?Consider now: Do the innocent ever perish? Were the upright ever destroyed? What I observe is that people reap what they sow. God easily destroys such."

"Lions may roar and growl, yet lions' teeth break. They will starve for lack of prey, and the cubs are scattered. A thought came to me. During the night, fear seized me and gave me the shakes. A ghost glided past and gave me goose bumps. It stopped, but I could not tell what it was, and I heard a soft voice: 'Can a mortal be more righteous than God? Can a man be purer than his Creator? If God does not trust His servants, nor praise His "angelic" host, how much more mere mortals, created of dust, are crushed easier than a bug! Between dawn and twilight they are smashed; unnoticed, they perish forever. Is not their value removed, so that they die without wisdom?'

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

1 And Eliphaz the Temanite answereth and saith: --

2 Hath one tried a word with thee? -- Thou art weary! And to keep in words who is able?

3 Lo, thou hast instructed many, And feeble hands thou makest strong.

4 The stumbling one do thy words raise up, And bowing knees thou dost strengthen.

5 But now, it cometh in unto thee, And thou art weary; It striketh unto thee, and thou art troubled.

6 Is not thy reverence thy confidence? Thy hope -- the perfection of thy ways?

7 Remember, I pray thee, Who, being innocent, hath perished? And where have the upright been cut off?

8 As I have seen -- ploughers of iniquity, And sowers of misery, reap it!

9 From the breath of God they perish, And from the spirit of His anger consumed.

10 The roaring of a lion, And the voice of a fierce lion, And teeth of young lions have been broken.

11 An old lion is perishing without prey, And the whelps of the lioness do separate.

12 And unto me a thing is secretly brought, And receive doth mine ear a little of it.

13 In thoughts from visions of the night, In the falling of deep sleep on men,

14 Fear hath met me, and trembling, And the multitude of my bones caused to fear.

15 And a spirit before my face doth pass, Stand up doth the hair of my flesh;

16 It standeth, and I discern not its aspect, A similitude [is] over-against mine eyes, Silence! and a voice I hear:

17 `Is mortal man than God more righteous? Than his Maker is a man cleaner?

18 Lo, in His servants He putteth no credence, Nor in His messengers setteth praise.'

19 Also -- the inhabitants of houses of clay, (Whose foundation [is] in the dust, They bruise them before a moth.)

20 From morning to evening are beaten down, Without any regarding, for ever they perish.

21 Hath not their excellency been removed with them? They die, and not in wisdom!

Job 5:1-27 Eliphaz continued,
“Call out but who will answer?
To which of the heavenly host will you turn?

Anger destroys foolish people, and jealousy those who are childish.
I saw foolish people being successful. Suddenly harm came to their their homes.
Their children aren’t the least safe. They lose in court and one cares about them.

Hungry people eat up the crops of the foolish. They even take the food that grows among thorns.
Thirsty people long for what the foolish have.

Hard times don’t just grow. Trouble doesn’t spring from the earth. People are born to have problems -- as sure as sparks fly up.

Appeal to God --- bring your case to him.

He does wonderful things not understood.
He does miracles that can’t be counted.

He sends rain on the earth.
He waters the countryside.

He lifts up people who down and out.
Those who are sad, he can protect.

He stops the evil plans of the clever.
The work of their hands is not eternal.

Some people think they are so wise.
But God catches them in their stupidity.
He brushes evil plans away.

Darkness buries them in the light.
At noon they're as blind as if it were night.

God saves needy people from the hurtful words of their enemies.
He saves them from such power.

Poor people have hope.
God stuffs the mouths of those who mistreat others.

Blessed is the person God reprimands.
Don’t hate the Mighty One’s instruction.

He afflicts. But he also bandages up those he wounds.
He spanks. But his hands also comforts those he spanks.

From 6 problems he will save you.
Even seven times, no harm will arrive.

When there isn’t enough food, God will keep you from dying.
When you battle, he won’t let a sword strike you down.
He will keep you safe slander.
You won’t need fear
when everything around is being destroyed.

You will laugh while things are being ruined.
You will enjoy life even when there isn’t food enough.
You won’t be afraid of wild animals.

You will make a covenant with the stones in the fields.
They won’t keep your crops from growing.
Even wild animals will be at peace with you.

You will know that the tent you live in is tranquil.
You will check this out.
You will find this to be the reality.

You can be sure of many descendants.
They will be as grass on the earth.

You will go down to the grave
fully matured.
You will be like a crop that is harvested at the right time.

We have fully studied all these things.
And they are productive.
Pay attention.
Apply them to yourself.”

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

1 Pray, call, is there any to answer thee? And unto which of the holy ones dost thou turn?

2 For provocation slayeth the perverse, And envy putteth to death the simple,

3 I -- I have seen the perverse taking root, And I mark his habitation straightway,

4 Far are his sons from safety, And they are bruised in the gate, And there is no deliverer.

5 Whose harvest the hungry doth eat, And even from the thorns taketh it, And the designing swallowed their wealth.

6 For sorrow cometh not forth from the dust, Nor from the ground springeth up misery.

7 For man to misery is born, And the sparks go high to fly.

8 Yet I -- I inquire for God, And for God I give my word,

9 Doing great things, and there is no searching. Wonderful, till there is no numbering.

10 Who is giving rain on the face of the land, And is sending waters on the out-places.

11 To set the low on a high place, And the mourners have been high [in] safety.

12 Making void thoughts of the subtile, And their hands do not execute wisdom.

13 Capturing the wise in their subtilty, And the counsel of wrestling ones was hastened,

14 By day they meet darkness, And as night -- they grope at noon.

15 And He saveth the wasted from their mouth, And from a strong hand the needy,

16 And there is hope to the poor, And perverseness hath shut her mouth.

17 Lo, the happiness of mortal man, God doth reprove him: And the chastisement of the Mighty despise not,

18 For He doth pain, and He bindeth up, He smiteth, and His hands heal.

19 In six distresses He delivereth thee, And in seven evil striketh not on thee.

20 In famine He hath redeemed thee from death, And in battle from the hands of the sword.

21 When the tongue scourgeth thou art hid, And thou art not afraid of destruction, When it cometh.

22 At destruction and at hunger thou mockest, And of the beast of the earth, Thou art not afraid.

23 (For with sons of the field [is] thy covenant, And the beast of the field Hath been at peace with thee.)

24 And thou hast known that thy tent [is] peace, And inspected thy habitation, and errest not,

25 And hast known that numerous [is] Thy seed, And thine offspring as the herb of the earth;

26 Thou comest in full age unto the grave, As the going up of a stalk in its season.

27 Lo, this -- we searched it out -- it [is] right, hearken; And thou, know for thyself!

Job 6:1-30 Job replied:
“If my annoyance could be weighed and my misery placed on the scales! It would surely outweigh the sand of the seas—
no wonder my words have been rash. The arrows of the Almighty attack me, my spirit absorbs their poison.
A wild donkey brays when it has no grass, an ox bellows for food. (Such is natural even among animals)

Is tasteless food eaten without salt, is there flavor in spit generated as one dreams? I refuse to accept it; such food is repulsive."

Job asks that God would be willing to kill him.
Then he would still have one consolation—joy in unrelenting pain—
that he had not denied the words of God.

Where is his strength to have any hope?
What future that he should be patient?

He is not a made of rock nor possessing skin of metal!

Can he help himself with a loss of all success?

Job says, "Anyone who withholds kindness from a friend forsakes the fear of God."
Friends can be as undependable as intermittent streams from thaws to drought.

Job claims he never asked his friends for money or protection.
He says:
“Teach me, and I will be quiet;
show me where I have been wrong.
“But now be so kind as to look at me.
Would I lie to your face?"

Job asks for consideration of his integrity.
And if what he says is really wicked or evil speech.

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

1 And Job answereth and saith: --

2 O that my provocation were thoroughly weighed, And my calamity in balances They would lift up together!

3 For now, than the sands of the sea it is heavier, Therefore my words have been rash.

4 For arrows of the Mighty [are] with me, Whose poison is drinking up my spirit. Terrors of God array themselves [for] me!

5 Brayeth a wild ass over tender grass? Loweth an ox over his provender?

6 Eaten is an insipid thing without salt? Is there sense in the drivel of dreams?

7 My soul is refusing to touch! They [are] as my sickening food.

8 O that my request may come, That God may grant my hope!

9 That God would please -- and bruise me, Loose His hand and cut me off!

10 And yet it is my comfort, (And I exult in pain -- He doth not spare,) That I have not hidden The sayings of the Holy One.

11 What [is] my power that I should hope? And what mine end That I should prolong my life?

12 Is my strength the strength of stones? Is my flesh brazen?

13 Is not my help with me, And substance driven from me?

14 To a despiser of his friends [is] shame, And the fear of the Mighty he forsaketh.

15 My brethren have deceived as a brook, As a stream of brooks they pass away.

16 That are black because of ice, By them doth snow hide itself.

17 By the time they are warm they have been cut off, By its being hot they have been Extinguished from their place.

18 Turn aside do the paths of their way, They ascend into emptiness, and are lost.

19 Passengers of Tema looked expectingly, Travellers of Sheba hoped for them.

20 They were ashamed that one hath trusted, They have come unto it and are confounded.

21 Surely now ye have become the same! Ye see a downfall, and are afraid.

22 Is it because I said, Give to me? And, By your power bribe for me?

23 And, Deliver me from the hand of an adversary? And, From the hand of terrible ones ransom me?

24 Shew me, and I -- I keep silent, And what I have erred, let me understand.

25 How powerful have been upright sayings, And what doth reproof from you reprove?

26 For reproof -- do you reckon words? And for wind -- sayings of the desperate.

27 Anger on the fatherless ye cause to fall, And are strange to your friend.

28 And, now, please, look upon me, Even to your face do I lie?

29 Turn back, I pray you, let it not be perverseness, Yea, turn back again -- my righteousness [is] in it.

30 Is there in my tongue perverseness? Discerneth not my palate desirable things?

Read on to hear how God has sex with his own daughter to create a Saviour even though he showed with Adam he could create beings without fornication.

Job 7:1-21 Isn't man's struggle a war and he works like a hired hand daily? The slave desires shade and the worker his paycheck. During the day Job sees his life as repetitive and monotonous, full of futility and nights of sleepless misery worrying about the day to come. Job is covered with maggots and filth. His skin is puckered and rotting. Life is but a breath, and for Job nothing good remains and time seems to be running out.

Job says that those who die shall go away forever, from their family and their home, never to be seen again. Job is very bitter.

Job cries, “O God, am I a monster that you never relent? My dreams are nightmares. I would rather be strangled than continue like this. Oh, leave me alone for the time remaining. Why won’t you leave me alone—even long enough to swallow my spit? Has my sin harmed you, God, as you watch? Why have you made me a target, and made my life so burdensome to me? Why not just forgive my sin and take it all away? For all too soon I’ll collapse in the dust and die, and as you seek me, I shall be removed.”

Young's Literal Translation (YLT)

1 Is there not a warfare to man on earth? And as the days of an hireling his days?

2 As a servant desireth the shadow, And as a hireling expecteth his wage,

3 So I have been caused to inherit months of vanity, And nights of misery they numbered to me.

4 If I lay down then I said, `When do I rise!' And evening hath been measured, And I have been full of tossings till dawn.

5 Clothed hath been my flesh [with] worms, And a clod of dust, My skin hath been shrivelled and is loathsome,

6 My days swifter than a weaving machine, And they are consumed without hope.

7 Remember Thou that my life [is] a breath, Mine eye turneth not back to see good.

8 The eye of my beholder beholdeth me not. Thine eyes [are] upon me -- and I am not.

9 Consumed hath been a cloud, and it goeth, So he who is going down to Sheol cometh not up.

10 He turneth not again to his house, Nor doth his place discern him again.

11 Also I -- I withhold not my mouth -- I speak in the distress of my spirit, I talk in the bitterness of my soul.

12 A sea-[monster] am I, or a dragon, That thou settest over me a guard?

13 When I said, `My bed doth comfort me,' He taketh away in my talking my couch.

14 And thou hast affrighted me with dreams, And from visions thou terrifiest me,

15 And my soul chooseth strangling, Death rather than my bones.

16 I have wasted away -- not to the age do I live. Cease from me, for my days [are] vanity.

17 What [is] man that Thou dost magnify him? And that Thou settest unto him Thy heart?

18 And inspectest him in the mornings, In the evenings dost try him?

19 How long dost Thou not look from me? Thou dost not desist till I swallow my spittle.

20 I have sinned, what do I to Thee, O watcher of man? Why hast Thou set me for a mark to Thee, And I am for a burden to myself -- and what?

21 Thou dost not take away my transgression, And cause to pass away mine iniquity, Because now, for dust I lie down: And Thou hast sought me -- and I am not!

You're certainly not suggesting that this is all made up and the points don't matter? Here, Zookie...this will explain it all for you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RB3g6mXLEKk
