My 2018 predictions:

On a daily basis, this forum will continue to provide several posts that incite panic and hysteria upon America and the american citizens. In addition, there will be daily contributions that provide extremely unbalanced and myopic political views of america - Including wild, intolerant, dangerous and irresponsible posts about enormously large populations of this country - as if a hugely diverse group of american citizens could possibly really be forced into such a small box.

Lastly, I predict that Donald Trump is the President and will continue to be the President in 2018.

well, it does depend on when the last rainbow occurred...its not a calendar year timeline....plus, that is not actually a "rule".

Trump and the GOP dominated Congress will get credit for the burgeoning economy throughout the year, and this will keep the GOP majority safe, against the usual swing in midterms. The GOP majority will continue to support the President's picks for the judiciary and his other domestic "fixes". Very few of his choices and proposed projects will be rejected. By the end of the year, his popularity ratings in the polls will continue to show poor returns, but unaccountably his actual performance will be seen by a majority as acceptable if not wonderful.

Israel will continue to fasten on Jerusalem and the US will take definite steps to move the embassy there. All Palestinian ranting, backed by Islamists and UN dupes, will go nowhere and they will begin to lose support among most nations. Israel's non violence stance will continue and even retaliation will be pushed back as they secure Israel's geographical position around Jerusalem and the West Bank settlements. Talk will begin on exposing and expelling dissident and seditious persons within Israel: with the agenda being relocation and humanitarian aid (this is wishful thinking on my part; although I beiieve that this is essential and will happen, having the first recognizable moves happen in the next year would be a welcome surprise).

The Obama's will come out and admit that Michelle is really "Michael" and their daughters are adopted. They will request UK citizenship and to be knighted.

Putin will visit the US and receive a warm welcome.

The first self-driving cars will enter the rush hour traffic stream.

Mormon Discussions will be mentioned in general conference, not positively. A shadow account or two of actual GAs will join and participate, to get an "on the ground" look at what goes on here.

The "consensus" on anthropogenic global climate change will state that a mini ice age is coming, rather than actual global warming; but the MIA is still caused by humans.

You can't make this up. A Redditor jokes about Trump claiming credit for airline passenger safety in 2017 a few hours before Trump actually does exactly that.

Since taking office I have been very strict on Commercial Aviation. Good news - it was just reported that there were Zero deaths in 2017, the best and safest year on record!

I'm glad to see his policies had a global impact since the report was for global numbers. Lol...
