People are correct when they say that today's testimony will not change a lot of people's minds, but I think today clouded the legal future of Trump and his children. With Weisselberg, Trump's CFO, a lot of the financial shenanigans of the family are going to be laid bare.

While the story had been told that Trump bought his own painting with money from his charity, hearing the details of that sleazy transaction was for me sort of the epitome of what there is to hate about Donald Trump. A billionaire who would rob money from a charity to buy a picture of himself.

His children sat on the board of directors for the charity.

First, to address the man in the photo above, doesn't that presuppose that Cohen would have evidence that HIllary Clinton was willing to kill for? Is he saying Donald Trump is a model of restraint because he hasn't had Michael Cohen killed?

As to whether or not he is believable, there is no question that he lied and future statements should be evaluated with that in mind. Has he lied in an effort at self-preservation? Yes. Has he also lied because that is what President Trump expected him to do? Yes.

Somewhere between the "Liar, Liar, Pants of Fire" signage and belief that Michael Cohen is now a saint lies the truth. His testimony today, coupled with some of the documentation provided, was pretty compelling.

The sandbox level posters and Republican taunting put me over the edge. Cohen even at one point essentially noted how much time they spent disparaging him instead of asking questions about Trump which is what they were allegedly there to do.
