I have stated that he did not get the DoJ to do so, simply because he did not need to, he is with in his right to call out corruption. Why didn't you ask me permission before you post here...? That is the same type of question.

Well they might be investigating and we don't know. I am curious to see what comes of Rudy's wire transfers and it seems a Senate committee is starting to investigate. When politics gets involved the lower standard predicates, like the crap the FBI used, i.e. talk in bar for FISA warrants, might not be enough. Barr is already being smeared.
