His post sounds like specific intent to start up spamming and harassment of yet another person. The majority of his posts end up being reported and there are multiple outstanding posts right now, and he's been warned in red that his behavior is becoming nothing more than spamming and harassment. To my eyes, SP has always allowed for a bit more rambunctious behavior between participants, and aside from a pretty small number of exceptions over the years, most folks can self-limit their ‘less well behaved’ side. Folks are free to test their assumptions on what they can get away with but there’s no guarantee of protection for anyone doing so.
