Do you (or someone) happen to be a fan of any of these guys?

You mean the band that played Hyde Park in 69 two days after Brian Jones was found dead in his pool and who had replaced him with Mick Taylor whose first public concert that was with the Stones?

It's possible.

We love Keith Richards like hot fudge dripping down ice cream in the bottom of the bowl.

Nice! It's like a thread from the past traveling to the future. :D

Did you happen to see their 1969 live concert? Think about a specific song, would you know something about the main melody? tempo?

I've only seen their Hyde Park '69 concert on video. I don't know what you mean about the main melody? They performed several songs that day. Tempo of which song?

I'm not sure what you are asking.

For some reason, I think they debuted Honky Tonk Women at that concert. But don't go by me... :D

Don't even get me started, DT.

In the beginning there was Country Honk:

And Country Honk begat Honky Tonk Women:

And then they added horns and a keyboard and kinda wrecked the dirty groove but still...

It's much easier to make suggestions when you just ask the question directly. It doesn't make sense to ask about a main melody or tempo for an entire concert.

What's the question that was actually asked?

I thought this all was an invitation to have some fun and share a few thoughts about music and culture.
It never seemed like this was the motive behind the OP to me, and I was curious as to what that really was. But it also helps illustrate something about the board I believe in wholeheartedly. That being, the OP is the initiator but not the author of a thread, nor would it make any sense for an OP to dictate what is on- or off-topic. Threads are a syncretic creation of a multitude of ideas for which the OP serves as the germ. After that, the best threads find their groove and go where they go.

That's a long-winded way to say it was exactly what you thought it was because you saw it to be such. And it was probably for the best some took it that direction.

Yeah, that was my problem, honor. They did something like 10-12 songs at Hyde Park '69.

DT.

Since you appear to be interested in Rock n' Roll:

Don McLean - American Pie
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5ecvBaqHBk

The introduction refers to the death of Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens. When you have time and interest, listen to the whole thing. You might be able to identify the historical events referred to in the rest of it.

I'm sorry. For specific songs of your choice.
