By similar reaction/response - I would specifically compare the response to what happened in Virginia and Florida mid-terms where the local, state and federal elections showed that the over-the-top rhetoric was more motivating for counter votes than for support of the “terrorist” message.

Don't you ever get tired of lying? This is beginning to feel like the AG, DOJ, FBI, CIA, White House and the President claim that parents who go to school board meetings with a complaint are white supremacists and terrorists.
Another debunked FOX News lie that get's relayed by the guy who swears he doesn't watch FOX.

Re: Mar-A-Lago Legally Searched by FBI
The one comment that got my attention today was about the highly classified stuff being interspersed among the less important (though still important) papers. That suggests a conscious attempt to steal specifically those classified things and mule them out under cover of a lesser offense. Previous to this comment, I imagined that Trump took 30 random boxes, and that the really hot stuff was just there by accident. It seemed like he was mainly going for certain materials that had something to do with his presidency, and it really was some kind of misguided tribute to himself. Perhaps there was some truth to the idea about a ex-"presidential library" or a book. Now it's clear that this lesser crime was just a front to mule out the hot stuff for the real crime.
Imagine the day when documents are being taken out. See this box over here? It's mostly correspondence between the Whitehouse and North Korea and China in 2019. Not his to take or keep, but should the question arise during the act of taking it, his actions are plausibly innocent, especially considering his act that everybody believes that he doesn't know the rules and thinks it's okay, and so he gets a free 'idiots' pass. But, oh look, see this folder with information about our nuclear subs? it just "accidently" found itself wedged between the more usual papers of that box. And then a fist-full of papers down from the nuclear secrets, oh look, a completely different category of top secret, some information gathered from spies in Russia.
The question is why the targeted and premeditated theft of the specific secret and top secret documents? Rainy day leverage? Cash? All the possible answers amount to treason.

Papers! Gad man, do you think it is funny that we are talking about papers and papers in boxes in 2022? I mean, seriously, if every paper I had burned today, it would not make a damn bit of difference. Everything is electronic. I really doubt that Korean mailed any important stuff in a paper envelope.Gadianton wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 9:10 pmThe one comment that got my attention today was about the highly classified stuff being interspersed among the less important (though still important) papers. Goes back to my question throughout this whole thread.
To what purpose did he take so many high level NDI documents?
I can't think of any legitimate reason.

I don’t see a way out of this for Trump. 3. points:Gadianton wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 9:10 pmThe one comment that got my attention today was about the highly classified stuff being interspersed among the less important (though still important) papers. (1) Trump was in unauthorized (stolen) possession of national defense information, namely properly marked classified documents.
(2) He was put on notice by the US Government that he was not permitted to retain those documents at Mar-a-Lago.
(3) He continued to maintain possession of the documents (and allegedly undertook efforts to conceal them in different places throughout the property) up until the FBI finally executed a search warrant earlier this month.
Name me another person in this world that wouldn’t be indicted for a variety of crimes.
