Feeling a heaviness

Post by msnobody »

I have four dear friends and a cousin all going through very difficult times, and I’m feeling a heaviness about it. If you all could pray or send up good thoughts or vibes or whatever you may do, I’d appreciate it.

I don’t know that we have much sway with The Powers that Be, but our gang will send our best wishes for your cousin and friends.

Sure you do :) Thank you.

My cousin is going through the dying process with her elderly mother, like me with my mother back in January. Things about that time that I’ve tried to put out of my mind are now again at the forefront, which I really don’t mind, but it was a difficult time for me.
My coworker who she and I have become very close, she is in a horrible marriage that the more I hear about it, the more sickened I feel for her. She is making preparations for divorce which means she will move to another job location within the organization in which we work. I actually fear for her life at times, but it seems God has placed safeguards in her life. There will be a huge void in hers and my life once she transfers to a new job, but thankfully, that would mean safety and peace in her life. Two other dear friends going through equally difficult things. It’s like all my prayer partners are suffering right now. You feel helpless sometimes in being able to help bear their burdens.

Thank you, my online family.

You must have some pull with the powers that be. :D

Praise!!! My friend who has been struggling for a very long time with a mental illness contacted me today and is doing much better. So good to see him somewhat thrive again.
