You went for warmth, while we decided on Christmas in Paris. Spent yesterday on a side trip to Bruges. It rained all day, so we spent most of the afternoon huddled in a chocolate shop drinking coffee and trying to dry off. It was still beautiful.
It's -3 right now with the wind. All the animals are alive and thriving. Opened the blocks to see if they wanted to roam and run, they got ss far as the door and held back. Now I'm stuck keeping two horses and a milkcow happy.
Next time you drink a glass of milk, imagine the sheer amount of crap a obligate, four-stomach herbivore makes. Had to move her a stall to clean it, then move her back and clean that stall. Gonna be like this till at least Monday.
No need to imagine, I empathize. My grandpa was a dairy farmer, I spent summers with him and my grandma all through my childhood. Stay safe this weekend.
She's a Holstien, she gave OH DEAR LORD that's a bunch of milk. The barn cats love her for it. Can't use but a liter or so of it, so the rest goes to the cats.
If a Giant's pronouns are "fee, fi, fi, and fum", does that mean short people's pronouns are "oompa, loompa, and doopity-doo"?

I was too tired and too wet to climb that tower and throw myself off, like Brendon Gleeson did. Give me a few more hours in that downpour, though, and I’m not sure I’d dare speak to the answer.
There was, however, a shooting in Paris, while we were gone for the day. Seems some 69-year-old, in a neighboring arrondissement, murdered some Kurds. Read about it in the paper here this morning.
We're finally getting a reprieve of a few days in the 40's-50's! It is no fun being trapped in a house with pets who simply cannot go outside. But, we didn't lose power and it's over for now!
