 I'm feeling a bit low today. But it know it will pass.

You've been on my mind a lot today. I replied to your PM over at your place. I hadn't seen it before today, sorry. I hope all is well.
Today’s miracle indeed was a strange twist with MakerBee/Israel connotations.

It's a metaphor for a future time of restoration and social stability, where women, who were often marginalized, would seek respectability and avoid stigma by being associated with a man. However, it's not a literal scenario of marriage as we understand it today.
Rocket Man is indeed a man.

Perhaps via association with the Gravity Powered Air Derbies Association. 8-)

Build up of 3 launchers and 27 rocket kits is likely in progress.

Air derbies remain mostly associated with women, but Gravity Wizards are non-gender specific.
That's kind of exciting. Would be nice to see the build progress and see how it all works out if your wizards are happy to share. It's so cool. Do you have a deadline of when you are hoping to be ready for the next stage? Sending lots of positive energy your way. :fingers crossed:

Steve summed things up well, and Launcher 2.0 is a bit like iPhone 2.0 where there was lots of room for improvement.

Caspar Weinberger is the guy I remember saying “You go to war with the army that you have, not the army that you wish you had.”

Sweet 16 is our target number of contestants for the first derby. Please contact Valo or myself if you know a child or wish you were a child that may wish to participate in the first ever Gravity Powered Air Derby. Hopefully Rocket Man will also recruit several participants from his local community. GPADA.ORG was the top hit for Air Derbies on Brave search today, so A.I. is apparently catching on. 8-)

(Three wishes, but 0 fishes)

CQBQ: Is it zero fish or zero fishes. :?:

Unfortunately I'm not able to get to an air derby. You could make posters and hand them into schools to see if science teachers would like demonstrations.

I think if a fisherman wasn't catching fish, they'd consider not using a fishing rod that might not be up to the job at this time.

Powers of two fill up the winner’s brackets, similar to college basketball where there is the Sweet 16 and Final Four in the NCAA. In inventing parlance, we are fielding what is referred to as a MVP (Minimum Viable Product). I used the iPhone 2 as an example because of my personal experience buying a top of the line Motorola phone and going to a family dinner party. There my country girl SIL (Sister In Law) brought her 2.0 and we went mad bursting bubbles. It had an app that simulated popping the plastic bubbles used for packing mail shipments. :D

Luckily the phone store allowed me to freely exchange my purchase for the latest iPhone 3.0. The 3.0 was vastly superior to any other phone on the market at the time. Since then Smart phones have pretty much eliminated the sale of all the Dumb phones that at one time were all the rage. The Model T is a good example of an MVP in the world of automobiles.

Every entrant gets an equal launch, so the Flight Wizard is determined by who implements a design that flies the furthest. The Bounce Wizard is the lucky one, and the Art Wizard is chosen by a panel of judges. Some may participate via mail to arrive at an optimum number. Every launch and landing will be captured in slow motion video so remote participants can see exactly how their gravity powered vessel stacked up against the competition.

Do you plan to create event advertisements on Facebook or other social media? Or doing it by word of mouth?

Is there anything you can add to the derby to make it last longer and give people something to do between rounds? Like face painting, food, mini science demonstrations?
