Or if they are as in the case of OJ, they are acquitted by a jury of their peers. But yes, American justice is blind and without prejudice or partisan politics. The point is that while many Democrats now admit that OJ was in fact guilty, there lies of his innocence and use of the race card got them what they wanted in the moment. They're never held accountable for it, so they just keep doing it. 59 CIA officials lied or at the very least grossly purposely misled the public in saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was likely Russian disinformation. Years later they did admit that the laptop was real but their lie served it's purpose in the moment (which was getting their corrupt candidate elected), then they get to say years later, "Oh yeah, we always said the laptop was real," so you have no reason to distrust our statements.

I just read an article from last fall about how most women won't date Trump supporters or guys who listen to Joe Rogan. The Washington Post made the argument that this threatens the institution of marriage in the US, and that some kind of attitude shift is needed.

I agree, except the attitude shift has to come from men, not women. They're the ones dumb enough to think Trump's great. When you compare male and female support for Trump, men dominate that stat. Knowing that, it's pretty hard to make the case that men are generally smarter than women. Women are clearly more aware and emotionally intelligent on average. Doesn't really seem close.

I don't find this the least bit surprising. Trump's a crook (not to mention dumb as a rock). Only dumb women want a "bad boy." I have a hard time imagining women looking at his sons and thinking, "Oooo, I want a baby Eric or Don Jr. of my own!"
