Great one, Shades! Yes, this is another example of how anti-human our world has become. What might have been viewed as harmless old-person intimacy in the past is now viewed as a twisted perversion. It is brilliant for the radical Right to key into this because the Left leads the way in turning normal human interactions into criminal acts. If they really believe that is so, they should have a total meltdown when they see Creepy Joe sniffing a girl’s hair.
And I think it does work. Hell, look at how ready all of the sages of Hollywood are to throw Joe out like yesterday’s garbage, when they can spare some time from attending their drug-fueled orgies. I mean, an orgy is one thing, but sniffing a girl’s hair? Make me gag!

I agree with the thrust of this thread, I know Biden is going to get all this focus for the smallest mistakes, sometimes justly so, but probably be under a microscope, and the media doesn't even shrug their shoulders when Trump says things like Don Jr. has a good wife (he has a fiancé), or when he calls someone by someone else's name.
One thing in these calls is there isn't a lot of, "and here is who, or how we select a nominee that can win." It's easy to get a bunch of people to say Biden needs to go, but can they get behind one candidate quickly? At one of the places I worked we instituted a rule, when it was time for lunch if you didn't like the current suggestion you had to suggest an alternative that at least half the group could agree to. Instead of spending sometimes 10 minutes of lunch trying to figure out where we were going we suddenly had a decision everyone could live with in a minute or two.
My suspicion is this is a coup. Obama and Harris are behind the scenes trying to push Joe out so Harris can be the nominee. They may pull it off. And Harris will probably lose.

I haven’t thought of who might be the Veep for a Harris ticket. I think we should imagine they might have something interesting up their sleeves to compensate for the fact that Harris is pretty unlikeable.

Yep - And in addition to making money above all else, they are deeply invested in supporting certain political ideologies. 'News' has been replaced by personal opinions, gas lighting, and intentionally inciting fear to control those tuning in.

As a person who pays attention to what Kish posts, I’d say nothing at all.
We’re where the founders warned us we’d be if we let political parties factionalize the populace.
Where you and I may differ is whether the political elites at the Heritage Foundation and the conservative elites who have bought and paid for Supreme Court Justices are the answer.

There is no doubt that some people may tune out, but I would be willing to bet that a fairly large number of people would do the exact opposite and tune in - And stay tuned in.
