Not really, that is if we take this opportunity to form a left leaning populist party, a la what Sanders claimed he was about. Independents, disaffected democrats, and perhaps some Trump supporters might be interested. The Tea Party has Trump. Now let's demand, support, dare I say fight for a more rational populism? Going around the world creating mischief everywhere should be first on the chopping block. Assange astutely pointed out that Afghanistan was about washing tax dollars into the coffers of the billionaire class and so is Ukraine and the next war and the next. The uniparty stalwarts like Biden, Lindsey Graham and the others need to be defeated. It needs to stop and we need to take care of our own problems here at home. Then we need to have a Teddy Roosevelt type person take an ax to the monopolies that are choking the life out of us. I think stopping the empire wars and empire financial control would be a nice start. Trump is a momentary blip and will be gone in four years. However, putting people at home first, however misguided he is about doing it, is correct. Who cares if Black Rock and JP Morgan Chase get their piece of Ukraine, other than the uniparty?Kishkumen wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 3:01 pmOMG, we are so effed.Dwight wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 2:09 pmJudge Cannon has found that Jack Smith's appointment violates the constitution and dismissed the Mar-a-Lago case.

Why? Because Garland violated the constitution?Kishkumen wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 3:01 pmOMG, we are so effed.Dwight wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 2:09 pmJudge Cannon has found that Jack Smith's appointment violates the constitution and dismissed the Mar-a-Lago case.

Because a former president stole classified documents, shared secret information with people lacking security clearances, and has been given a pass for doing so by the inexperienced, corrupt judge who has clearly worked in the accused's interest the entire time.
That's why.

MSNBC told you that. I get it. If it were true AND if Garland had honored the process, maybe the headlines would look different right now.Kishkumen wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 3:44 pmBecause a former president stole classified documents, shared secret information with people lacking security clearances, and has been given a pass for doing so by the inexperienced, corrupt judge who has clearly worked in the accused's interest the entire time.

Do you think Alec Baldwin is guilty of a crime and his case should go forward even though the state did not follow the rules? I hope you don't. I don't.

Binger,
So it was constitutional when Ken Starr investigated Clinton for his stuff, but not constitutional when a counsel is appointed to investigate Trump?
“Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition …There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect.”

Re: The Trump Criminal Case MEGATHREAD.
I think Hunter Biden is a happy man. However, it is a bad look for R judges to grant a motion for a R candidate for president while denying the same motion to the son of the sitting D president. But this is why we have appellate courts.Kishkumen wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 3:01 pmOMG, we are so effed.Dwight wrote: ↑Mon Jul 15, 2024 2:09 pmJudge Cannon has found that Jack Smith's appointment violates the constitution and dismissed the Mar-a-Lago case.
