I think they look cool. Would be awesome if they were aliens.

Actually, I could see that a terrorist could make a home made bomb and attach it to a drone, even a cheap one and cause trouble. But I suspect security would cover this right? When I worked and we had a VIP visitor, there were people on roofs surrounding the building with snipers and very few people were allowed in the building. Each exit of the lift was watched so that no one opened the lift whilst this person was travelling. It was strange how quiet the building was. I'm sure tech and surveillance will ramp up and people being required to have a licence would help.

Those flat earthers, man, they're so gullible. The world is obviously not two-dimensional.

It's one-dimensional, duh. That's why you only have eyes in the front of your face. If "left" and "right" really existed, God would have given us eyes on the sides of our heads, if we had "sides".

See the truth that is right in front of you, people! Join me, follow me, as we move forward, not sideways. Just don't follow too close, now, and bump me.
Existential to my organization: how do we tell the difference between a large drone and a small drone in one dimension?

I'm glad you think large drones look cool. I think most people agree with you that they look cool and are using fear as a pretense for justifying their demands of government to tell them the truth, which really means to tell them that it's aliens. Because mark my word, if the government eventually uncovers the identity of "the drones" and they aren't aliens, then that won't be good enough. The public will say, "not those drones!" the ones they saw moving strangely and transforming into balls of light over the sea. (unless Trump says it, and then they will give him a pass and find a subliminal cue from his statement that is a nod to aliens)

I haven't seen any credible reports of fear; it's more like excitement about a mystery and for once, it's a mystery that doesn't involve murder or damage to property or health. Our large drone operators are providing a public service, if you ask me.

Yes, somebody can strap a bomb on one and cause problems, but this is America. Somebody can go to Walmart, buy a gun, and shoot up a school. I'd say lets solve gun violence first before robbing large drone operators of their rights for scenarios that have only happened in imaginations -- primarily in the heads of right-wing politicians who sacrifice kids for guns without a second thought.

That's very true. I'd be more scared of living in America because of guns than anything. I was at the park with the kids and it was dark and next to a main road so when cars went by you could see them light up the park slightly and it did cross mind that if we had that kind of crime here, people could just drive by firing into the park. And that wasn't something I had to worry about.

I think if aliens were to show themselves they'd do it and it wouldn't be shrouded in mystery. Perhaps the people flying the drones could come forward and show the internet the drones and how they work and that it is them. I agree if Trump does it people will read between the imaginary lines. I personally don't find it scary but then they aren't appearing here.

Existential to my organization: how do we tell the difference between a large drone and a small drone in one dimension?
I suggest that the big reveal that the world is only one-dimensional be reserved for the inner core membership. Once they're in deep, they won't even care that the insider truth contradicts the original story line.

If necessary, you can claim that "large" is an archaic expression for "long".

Wait. If the world is one-dimensional, just how can anyone be in deep?

Who said the one dimension was straight? Sometimes it goes down.

Explains a lot, actually, if you think about it.

So what if Trump used nuclear missiles to shoot these mysterious drones down? He has announced he would shoot them down and nuclear missiles would show those drone flyers (and Ghina) that Trump means business!

Let Donald Targaryen ride the nuclear missile into Kingslanding in Game of Drones!!!
