It is clear that people in South Africa are aware that this is mostly about Trump putting on a show for US domestic political advantage, and that it has nothing to do with addressing any real issues in South Africa.

Are mulatto's eligible to receive redistributed lands owned by white males? What percentage of negro DNA do you need to collect the land and cash? What percent of Caucasian DNA exposes an individual to legal jeopardy and land forfeiture? Would Elizabeth Warren be protected from property redistribution and racial Marxism by her 0.000001% of Amerind DNA? I'm sure she believes she should be. You don't see her giving away her own property.

Yes, I did not find those words in the Act. Thanks for letting us know that it is readily available to read online. I did notice, still, that the act refers to compensation for those who were impacted by the Natives Land act of 1913, which forbad black South Africans from owning more than 7% of the land in South Africa.
