This is very reminiscent of subgenius who famously posted links that didn't prove what he thought they did, either because he didn't bother to actually read them himself or assumed that we wouldn't (I'm not entirely sure which). He was famous for mistakenly inferring something from just the title of an article that no fully cognizant reader who actually read it could possibly have thought was explicitly stated or even implied anywhere in it. It is appearing more and more like Atlanticmike is just another internet troll trying to mess with us. He even just admitted that his real purpose is to trigger progressives -- not honest and reasonable discussion -- and gloats over that as if there was something admirable or honorable about it!
