Lem, you've read up more than I have on trolling. I've seen lots of trolls who know they are trolling and full intend the disruption they cause. But are all people who engage in trolling behavior self aware of their behavior to that extent? I'm thinking of passive-aggressive behavior as an analogy. I've bumped into some really passive aggressive people in real life that I'm convinced have no idea that they are engaging in passive-aggressive behavior. I'm not asking about Cultellus specifically, but as a general proposition.
