Congress doesn't confirm electors vote until December 18th.
Do you still have any serious doubt that the vote will confirm Biden's win?
No precept or claim is more suspect or more likely to be false than one that can only be supported by invoking the claim of Divine authority for it--no matter who or what claims such authority.

I don’t know what Sub is smoking, but Congress does not confirm the electoral votes on December 18. The Electors vote on Monday, 12/14. Then, there is a Byzantine and archaic process for reporting the results to Congress.

Congress then meets to COUNT, not confirm, the electors’ votes on January 6. Legislators cannot challenge the vote of any elector whose state qualified under the Safe Harbor provision. A challenge can be sustained only by a majority of both houses.

Just your weekly reminder that you actually haven't presented any evidence for fraud yet. One of these days when you feel up to it maybe?

Earth to subgenius: if there is all that evidence, and it is so convincing, why did that masterly lawyer Giuliani and his brilliant legal team fail to convince the judges before whom they presented their numerous cases (some of whom were Trump appointees and active Republicans)?

I mean, doesn't that consistent record of failure (all the way up to the Supreme Court with its three Trump appointees) make you suspect, just for a moment, that maybe all that wonderful evidence is really not quite so convincing to a person viewing it with a detached and critical eye as you have so far thought it was?

I think Res has covered many of these points with examples such as the complaint seeking remedy wrongfully or otherwise. This type of dismissal doesn't disregard the evidence as being "untrue". As i am sure Res will confirm.
Likewise, the Texas case is not a dismissal of any evidence.

Nope, because, again, I am not ignorant.

Nope.

The best lawyers money could buy. All that wonderful evidence.

But case after case lost before a whole series of judges ...

How could that be? Ah, I know!

I mean, subgenius couldn't just be ... a bit deluded? No, that's impossible. Satan it is.

He met a guy named Karl, and while hidden inside of a dumpster they watched the back door of the canvassing building for three hours while absolutely nothing odd happened. If that isn’t proof of a conspiracy, I don’t know what is.

Weird how quickly they moved off that one.
