In the Trump Campaign's lawsuit in PA to throw out about 2500 votes in Bucks County, the parties entered into a stipulation of facts today. The stipulations include:

33. Petitioners do not challenge the eligibility of the electors who cast the ballots at issue, and there is no evidence that any of the electors was ineligible to vote in the election.

34. Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence, that any of the challenged ballots were cast by, or on behalf of, a deceased person.

35. Petitioners do not allege, and there is no evidence, that any of the challenged ballots were cast by someone other than the electors whose signature is on the outer envelope.

All he argued was statutory interpretation. If he'd introduced a fraud claim, the trial court would have had to rule on it.

Yes. It was a trial. The judge requested the parties to stipulate to whatever facts they agreed to. That's not unusual. But parties are not limited to the stipulated facts, unless they agree that all relevant facts fall within the stipulation. Trump was in no way prevented from introducing evidence of fraud.
The same was true of his election contest in Wisconsin's state court, where he again failed to introduce evidence of fraud.

Trump has filed yet another election lawsuit, this time in New Mexico. It alleges that use of drop boxes to collect absentee ballots was illegal under New Mexico law. It asks the court to disregard certain ballots cast in drop boxes or, in the alternative, to declare the results of the presidential election invalid and to remand to the legislature for the appointment of electors.
