Yes he can. Does he not have "God" status? Take the damn bull by the horns and just do it! If I was in his position that is exactly what I would do and then I would tell Shades to deal with it and learn to accept it.

That's not really the point is it? Shades is down and out and has become handicapped. Gad is his right arm and is the only person who can step up and do what needs to be done. Too bad if Shades doesn't like it! Deal with it and get over it. He will because he's a humble sort of guy and will see the wisdom of having an associate who can step up and make the big decisions when he's under the knife, so to speak. Shades isn't confident or competent right now and he needs direct help.

Gad is not the man to moderate. He is too complicit with Doc Cam's declared and expressed bigotry to moderate fairly. Clearly, he is one sided on the moderation based on how he handled the ugly stuff from the lower board that was posted by Doc today (he let that slide) and went even further to say that Doc has good reasons for the things he does and that, oh, by the way, he trolls within the rules. Put that in charge and you will have a spillover again.

If the tiers of Three Degrees are installed down in Paradise then everyone can choose which tier they want to have their little arguments and play those fun games that we all like to play. It's really the perfect solution. Head up to Celestial if you want to keep it safe and love thy neighbor. Or, go down to Telestial Paradise and tell everyone what you think of so and so or this and that and get as nasty as you want short of eating babies and posting porn.

Put the tiers in first and then see if moderators are even needed. The Three Degrees of Glory may be all that is needed to self-govern and keep the peace.
