Travelers compensation for 5 hr delays or more?

Apparently, the SouthWest scheduling system was so mired that pilots ended up sleeping in airports next to the passengers.

Southwest's scheduling system melted down (software/hardware failure) and they had to try to operate without computers. No fun.
