I disagree with this argument. Mr. Grosskreutz and Mr. Ziminski were packing heat and I hope they did not want to do the raping. Ziminski fired first but that does not mean he wanted to rape first.
You hope they didn’t? Sure. You’re probably just sad you weren’t there to join the fun. You’re the stinky Binger.

Is that a smell the glove reference, or a dirty Sanchez reference, or both?
You’ll get it when you graduate.

Already addressed that with Kukulkan, above. They didn’t directly witness the shooting death, only the aftermath of crowd pursuit.
Addressed what, exactly? Your reliance on faith and hope and a media narrative, or your confusion that you said three people witnessed something and then asked if anyone mentioned witnesses?

When a case is tried in the public arena prior to being tried in court, the prosecutors rely on the media and other influencers to craft and shape the narrative. Then we rely on getting jurors that are influenced by that narrative. You would be perfect for a jury in a case like this, because you retell a story that happened in the media, in your head, or as you hoped it could have happened, without considering the witness testimony and facts. This is the bedrock of political persecution by prosecution. In this particular case, the prosecutors were not persecuting anyone, we were just using polarization to select and influence a jury.

Nah. You just haven’t paid attention to the whole thread, because you’re too busy with your method acting. Had you actually read through all of it, you’d have noticed that I stated earlier that I haven’t been following the trial closely on media, and that I do believe that Rittenhouse had cause to believe that his life was in danger.

To the point of the most recent discussion, you’re fixated here on whether or not the three folks I mentioned earlier directly witnessed Rittenhouse kill Rosenbaum, when my question to Shades is about the particular point in time that Shades is asking about what Rittenhouse would be thinking.

You’re not only sloppy, but lazy. As someone here used to say, “do better”.

So, as long as you witness a crowd pursuing a kid, you’re magically allowed to try to kill the kid being pursued?

Jersey Girl, what is your take on the documentary of trials? I have watched a few that were absolute train wrecks, but very entertaining. The Staircase is fascinating. It was produced by French group. It was riveting. I also watch the Robert Durst documentaries, which had a shocking ending. Well, not shocking because of the information, but still shocking on the "how."

This is one of the most emotional trials of my lifetime. I was young and dumb for the Rodney King trials and can't speak to how it was reported. I remember OJ as the first live trial on television for me. This one reminds me of those in terms of the political interest.

What is your take on my comments here and also of the upcoming documentary about this case? viewtopic.php?p=2753265#p2753265
Oh my take? Oh sure. Well, I'm kinda partial to the Telecaster and the guy it's attached to. What's your take?
