To me, it sounds like a petty "He started it!!" fight between 3 year olds. Fighting fire with fire only makes the fire bigger.

I'd rather there be no laws concerning the internet. The basic laws of "Don't “F” people over" should be sufficient. The more you codify something into words, the more someone can work AROUND the words. The SPIRIT of the law is what matters, not the letter.

I could not agree with you more...there is no way there will ever be privacy laws that can be written for the internet...
