Really? Are you talking now or for all time? Moloch, Ra, Zeus, etc. This Christ you speak of...did the ancient aboriginal peoples speak of him when the colonialists landed on their shores or did they have to have it pounded into their culture?

Your view of the world is so limited. Get the hell out of your box and look around a little bit. Gain some freaking perspective for a change.

Life is creation, Eternal life is continueing to be a creative force. Immortality is simply existing.

What character traits do you feel God posseses? How could we obtain them and gain his mind?

God tests us to see if we will maintain our integrity through trial, the closer we come to God, the more he will tests us. The scriptures bear record of this.

Why would your parents like for you to grow up and have children of your own?

God doesent "require" salvation of you, he asks it of you.

There is only one God that we worship, the Father, we do so in the name of Christ by the power of the Holy Ghost. They posess the same knowledge, desires and each would act the same in any given situation. Hence they are One God in that sence, but are three seperate personages. John chp. 17 expresses the purpose and desires and relationship between them and us best, the entire prayer expresses it, particulary these verses:

19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;
21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

Salvation is deification, they are the same.

I don't feel like reading scriptures, so please answer this question yes or no. Are you a monotheist? And I'll consider Jesus, God, and the Holy Ghost one God.

Here's the problem with Mormon theology: God tests us, but only a few people even know they're being tested, so only a tiny fraction of the population can even be said to maintain their integrity through trial, whatever that means. It makes no sense.

I've been in the world, its shallow and passive. Nothing lasts. I'll stick with the eternal now thank you.

Hmmm. Unless you've been translated in the twinkling of an eye, you're most likely still in the world.

Besides, Mormonism is not the same as the eternal, thank you.

Sorry Runtu if im barging in-

Gods character? God is a construct made by certain humans in order to fill in the gaps they are unsure of or scared of admiting that there is no present explanation. Its an anthropomorphised boogeyman used to bend the will of others who are succeptible to the god delusion. It is a tool used by the uneducated to gain favor with their ego.

"God" is a tool.

By saying "being in the world" I meant that I set aside the church to do my own thing.

Mormonism is the same as the eternal. The principles taught are eternal.

And all of the prophets from Adam till today were lieing, despite suppoting one another in theology and principle, as well as their testimonies as to who God is.

Just keep embraceing your nothing, and youll receive the fruit of the same
