Your methods are lacking. Any good therapist would know that belittling one's clientele doesn't pay. Perhaps that is why your efforts have returned so little fruit here, and intellectually you are piss poor.
You asked if this site were mocking the church. I said no. Are you to tell me that you are illiterate as well as inane? Who's typing your posts for you? One of your nicer personalities?
I apologize for stooping to your level, and for calling you "abundantly stupid". It was a moment of personal weakness.
What would have been better for me to have done is to return your unkindness with kindness.
Let me do so now by expressing my gratitude for your existence and my genuine appreciation for whatever goodness you extend towards those you love and towards the rest of humanity. I do wish you overwhelming happiness and fulfillment during the holidays and throughout the coming year.
At the outside chance that an actual discussion might result...
wade, you asked: "Does anyone here have the personal integrity to admit that whether this site is intended to mock the Church or not, whatever mocking of the Church that does occur here, may reasonably be considered as religious prejudice or bigotry?"
Tell me if you think the phrase "bias against the church" would be a better fit.
If someone thinks an organization is corrupt is not within the realm of rational consideration for them to speak out against it without it being classified as bigotry?
I'm going to put up some definitions. Tell me which one's fit what you're thinking of when you use the words in relation to the mocking you see on this board.

I'll have to think about the word "prejudice". Jersey Girl
Were my question to have been about criticism and disagreement and "speaking out against", then you may have a point. But, it wasn't. I was quite specific in using the word "mocking".

I prefer the more narrow and specific definition of bigotry I define HERE.
Can you give me say, 3 examples of the type of mocking you're thinking of? Maybe you could do it by issue or topic? Whatever you think works...or if you'd like to name names...go ahead.
I'll be back in a few minutes to see if you've posted.

There's been some mocking here, certainly, but I wouldn't say it's the primary purpose of this board. And not too many times has God been mocked, just a fake church.
