You're quite wrong. Those points of view are not mocked, they are challenged. There's a difference.
And such comments are just as welcome here as any other.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

Yes but Mr. Vogel meets the criteria for a public figure.
This isn't FAIR anymore, we have our own way of doing things so our posters who are being trashed on anti-Mormon boards that they don't want to be on, or aren't allowed to, will usually be allowed to respond here.
Come now, Scottie-dog! It was never "fair" to begin with! LOL! Funny that they are now at least admitting that the fittingly named MADboard functions as a hiding place for the apologists.
Yeah, I really knew that Scott Lloyd was really the Moderator named ‘Orpheus' over there. Dr. Shades MD Message Board, is a Free Speech Message Board where all points of view are welcome. LDS Apologists such as Juliann and Daniel C. Peterson, do Not like Dr. Shades Message Board, mainly because of that fact. They won’t post on this Message board, mainly because they won’t be able to get the special treatment and the special privileges like that they have and continue to get to have on the MA&D Message Board over there.
Here's Lloyd's response on the South Park thread. Pay no attention to my stuff. It's jumbled up from several cuts and replys. I guess you would call it a denial of being Orpheus.

Shouldn't you change your name to "Thai Tycoon" then?
I said coordinaton. I guess it was just coincidence that the closure of the thread came one minute after your post. I apologize Dan. Scratch had quit blogging pretty much. Now that you've written this, I'm sure he'll start up again. Thank you.
In an idle moment yeterday, I did a Google search on my name and found that Scratch has been speculating that I am Orpheus. I have never before been the subject of a conspiracy theory, let alone one so far removed from reality. It was quite an amusing experience.

That is neither a denial nor confirmation. It's fog.

Congrats on being the subject of a conspiracy theory. Everyone should be.
You're not Orpheus are you? (winking smilie)

No, it doesn't bother me. It just reminds me of how ideological differences can really turn people against one another.
I look at the people on MAD, and then I look at the people in my ward, and I wonder how they can behave so differently yet believe exactly the same things. The people in my ward would not confront and challenge anyone questioning their faith; they'd ignore them, they'd reduce their interaction time to minimums, but they'd never get in someone else's face and spit on their shoes (figuratively or literally), even if challenged directly. I can't help but think that the people in my ward are a good cross-section of Chapel Mormons, and represent the average member very closely.
Excellent point. The people in my ward are kind hearted individuals who display none of the belligerence that many Knights of the Faith display on the net. Thank God for that.

An "amusing experience," eh? Yeah, right. What's far more likely is that he read the post, and got kind of nervous. He probably felt his pulse quicken. He may have produced a bead of sweat or two. It probably irked him that people have been talking about him.
Or, maybe he's right, and he's not Orpheus. It would be simple enough for him to clarify.
