I don't understand what the big paternity fight is about. Shouldn't a DNA test solve this? Is there some kind of law that says the maternal grandmother gets custody if the parents were not married?

Didn't someone say they heard Smith shouting, "It's your own fault," at Daniel as he died.

It's turning into a three ring circus, but Anna Nichole Smith a.k.a. Vickie Hogan of Mexia, Texas would have been pleased with her continued celebrity even after her death. She would have loved all the attention she is getting and she'd be pleased that the media has been showing her when she looked her best (not when she was 70 pounds overweight).

It's definitely all about the money. Right now they are fighting over who gets her body: the ex-boyfriend wants her buried in California, the mother wants her buried in Texas, and the companion wants her buried in the Bahamas. Her will is no help as it was made years ago and she made no statements of where she wanted to be buried.
The next step in these cases is to try and determine the intent of the person, which in this case is actually not hard to do. When Daniel died five months ago, Smith bought 4 plots in the Bahamas and buried Daniel in one. It is pretty clear from that act that her intention was to be buried next to her son.
Unfortunately, I think the warring parties have determined that having control of Smith's body might give them an edge in who will control her heir and her fortune. We're not just talking about Smith's estate--there is also her ex-husband's estate if someone wants to continue the fight for her portion of his millions.

The whole thing is nutzoid from the get go. Apparently there's a video now released online of her drugged out at 8 months pregnant.

Anna was embalmed this weekend.

Brit checked in and out of rehab.

Brit shaved her head and checked back in to rehab.

Trump is talking about shaving his head.

And James Brown still hasn't be buried.

Well, you could be nutzoid. May I question you?

1. Did you recently shave your head in a public place on film because you have head lice?

2. Did you recently check in and out of, and back into of rehab?

3. Are you a parent of two small children who was recently photographed without your panties while riding in a NYC taxi with Paris Hilton?

4. Are you a public figure who was interviewed by Matt Lauer who allowed yourself to be filmed while sobbing, whining and chewing gum?

5. Did you, in the past year, put your young child in danger by having your child sit on your lap while you were driving or did you nearly drop your baby on the streets of New York because you were holding said baby with one hand while holding your drink in the other?

I think that will do for now....I'd really like you to answer #3, I think that'd tip the scales in favor of your possible nutzoidom.
