Board down every day at 12pm eastern?

For the past 3 days, it seems that the board goes down for an hour or so right around noon eastern time. Is this planned?

That's really, really strange. We don't do anything with that on our end.

I wonder if it has something to do with the hosting company whose server space we rent.

I think the boards contents for the previous 24 hours are directly uplinked to SETI for transmission.
