Confession time....I haven't listened to Imus in years but I was an avid/addicted listener when he created his first Imus in the Morning show in NYC. My all time favorite character he created was "The Right Reverend Billy Saul Hargus", just about the funniest take off on a fundamentalist preacher I ever heard.

I get frustrated with those who think they are experts when they have only read a few books on the topic. I don't have time to address this topic in its totality but let me share a few insights.
Nap... in its original form means, deep sleep...
Head, does not refer in this instance to the "head" of the body, but the head of a group of people.
Ho, was used in the context of "gung ho"... meaning full of enthusiasm.
If you were to study this topic you would know God can create a deep sleep to come upon leaders so as to give them direction, or important dreams.
In this case, Imus was telling us, that these girls are the elect of God because they have been given special information from God... they enthusiastically embraced said information.
If you were an expert in this field you would better understand how completely clear this is. I don't have time to point out every little thing for you.
