More Good or More Moons?
Outside of Paul Osborne or DCP, hardly anybody is conversant in Reformed Egyptian anymore. However, I ran across a thought regarding the definition of the word Mormon being a combination of the words More and Good in Reformed Egyptian. Here is a possible alternative that would also be in accord with LDS Theology (in a non-systematic manner):
In LDS theology, those who are very good get to be Gods of their own planets. But what about Mormons who aren't quite up to par, do they get dwarf planets or asteroids? Maybe a moon? But if you're really good, perhaps you get a huge planet with lots of moons and rings? So what would be an alternate definition of the word Mormon? You guessed it, it is the embodiment of doing your very best and getting "More Moons". When combined together it is shortened to Mormons.
Do you think this idea is ready yet for the Ensign? If accepted, do you think there could eventually be a More Moons Foundation?

That was funny. Your best joke yet Cog.

Do you think Pahoran is actually another name Randall Flagg has taken?

Probably. Of course I think Pahoran is more terrifying than The Walking Dude ever will be. Where's Mother Abigail when you need her?

You could have always suggested Newark, but the poignancy of the humor works for both. Perhaps Jersey Girl might disagree though.
When my daughter was three, I taught her that her name was spelled M-O-O-N. Her mother was not happy about that.
