How do you plan to measure that? Which is the most biblical. Humm

Relatively speaking, which points count more than other points?

See :-) This is going to become difficult.

Let me explain this more fully. In order to ascertain which church is the true church, one must consider three aspects:

1. The number of members (truth by membership)
2. The amount of wealth (truth by assets)
3. Which church claims to be true (truth by assertion)

See how that works?

What happened to many are called, few are chosen?

Surely the causal link is to the fewest. It’s in the Bible!!!

Don’t all claim to be true?

I don’t recall any church group announcing that it is
not true. Which group does that?

JAK

Sadly, the link you supplied offers a listing of the top 10 Largest churches in the US. Biblically, because they are the largest churches, it only follows that they are also the top ten false churches.

I suppose I could access the SBC to find out which group is false, but then how would I believe them?

Oh dear, oh dear. Just how shall we determine the difference between
truth and size? Size is easy. Maybe we should just settle on size. Of course Protestants out number Roman Catholics in the US. And we all know the US is true.

Oh no, it’s easy. You just say whatever you like.

I believe I'm the only honest worshipper of Athena left in the world. Since my Church has one member, is it the true Church?

I agree to settling on size as a determining factor for "truth". You say that the Protestants out number the Roman Catholics in the Us. Are they also the tallest?

Of course you would ask that, oh Queen of the Vertically Challenged. Of course they are the tallest. If we stack them up, the one with the most members wins.

Okay, now that we've traveled the path of comic relief...can anyone tell me...

What were the signs that the priesthood was lost?

1. no temple ordinances were performed.

2. the baptism ordinance was corrupted.

3. the marriage ceremony was corrupted.

4. there was no prophet and no apostles.

5. celibacy was made a requirement.

One thing LDS leaders would likely say the Catholic church got right though... they didn't pervert the priesthood by offering it to women. They kept women in their proper place. It's those pesky Protestants that messed up the men-only club.

Hold on. I can only take in so much at one time, harm. Are you saying that the LDS church believe that there was no Apostolic Succession after Paul? Huh?
