Yep, this is DCP alright, acknowledging only what he wants to see in order to support his weak argument.
My "weak argument" is that saying there are more ways to obtain knowledge than just spiritual witness is saying something different than only LDS spiritual witness is valid spiritual witness. That you think this is weak is a commentary on you as an anti-Mormon.

Oh, so this *is* DCP. No surprise. Glad you finally owned up to it.
As for your weak argument, it is what it is whether I'm an anti-mormon or not. Whatever commentary you've extrapolated about my anti-mormonism is likely to be just as faulty.
I admit to being entirely anti-mormonism, as well as anti-pseudo-intellectual, as well as anti-dickhead-mormon... so you can imagine how anti-pseudo-intellectual-dickhead-mormon I am, huh?

I didn't own up to being Dr. Peterson. I just choose to ignore your strange comments on who I am in preference for focusing on the topic.
There is no need for you to own up to it. Dr. Peterson should be able to post here with anonymity like everyone else. My guess is that for may reasons, plausible deniability could benefit him and we should respect that.
For my own self, I find that anonymity engenders maximum honesty on my part and I like that feeling.

I notice you aren't denying it, either. That would be dishonest, wouldn't it?
But you do understand, Dannyboy, that by calling my comments "strange" you're engaging in a subtle deception. Sure, you can call them strange simply because they're coming from me, but you know damn well that calling them strange might indicate to the curious and uninitiated observer that they are strange, ala mysterious, as in "what/who the heck is this guy talking about?"
It's a deception of which the lord of darkness himself would be proud.
"The devil can cite Scripture for his purpose.
An evil soul, producing holy witness,
Is like a villain with a smiling cheek;
A goodly apple rotten at the heart;
O, what a goodly outside falsehood hath!"

I never said he had to own up to it. I never expected he would.
As for your honesty comment, DCP would have to be honest with himself before he could ever be honest with anyone else, whether he's hiding behind a sockpuppet or not.

You don't seriously believe this, do you, Scratch? Do you, fair dinkum, believe that DCP is ALITD?

You are not anti-Mormonism, you are anti-Mormon. Try an original line instead of borrowing from Shades. But I understand you're somewhat short in the cranial department, and can only live on "borrowed light".
Shades said that? Wow... I always knew I liked that guy. Frickin' smart, too.
I'm short in the cranial department? Why, do they have really high ceilings in that department, or is everyone that works there really tall?
One day, Ray, you may grow up to write a coherent sentence. I look forward to that day.
