This thread took 15 seconds of my life to read. I feel stupider and I want those 15 seconds back. And the 10 seconds I used to post this.

I think they'd have to work in some modern stuff to spice it up....

And it came to pass that Nephi put his money into the Dowell and the S&P 500, and it came to pass that they flourished, and it was good.

And it came to pass that Nephi cheered for the Red Sox, and they won, and he was an insufferable bandwagon fan who everyone else hated.

And it came to pass that Nephi was fired for looking at Swedish midget porn during work hours at the Advertising Firm.

And it came to pass that Nephi was arrested for insider trading, and while serving his prison term he contracted genital herpes, and there was sorrow and much weeping by the Nephites.

and so on......
