Moderating a board is a tough job. The best thing to do is to alert the mods in regards to an offensive post rather than expect them to find it on their own. Then you really do need to give them a reasonable amount of time to respond.

And just like in prayer: sometimes the answer is no.

That doesn't make it any easier to swallow an insult. Which is why it's sometimes wise to take a break from the board(s) once in a while. I know I need a break every now and then.
