Ya know, in a region where Mormons are comparable in membership to the moonies, I think your little bishop power trip (or were you just a branch president?) made you go nanners.

You doing OK ray? Need to have Dr Wazoo Cornholenelius check you into his intervention clinic?

The Thorazine is waiting for you Ray.

And what a sad, pathetic angry exmo you are. At least Porter has a sense of humour. Did the cat get yours? In fact, among most of the angry exmos I know, like Nort and Sam, though I entirely disagree with them, one thing I will give them is that they're witty and intelligent - something, sadly, I can't say in your favour.

So you WERE just a branch president. Interesting.

I'm going to disagree with you on that, as others have told me that I am as witty as Wilde.

I think that Scratch is an interesting person who has smarts and knowhow. I don't see him as a threat to LDS posters. He has a sense of humor who when he is having a bad day may go over the line in his posts. But basically, scratch is an icon of these boards. I would not compare him to Tal or to any other critic on these boards or on other exer or postmo boards. He is basically one of a kind. I am sure that if any of us were his neighbors, we would find him to be charitable and generous to any of us in need.

He would also be the life the party. Scratch is okay in my book. Not perfect....and he is barking down the wrong road but still a good human being.

This is the typical way angry exmos mind-read. I said I was a bishop - Merc says I was a branch president.
I reply without answering his question about whether I was a BP (because I've said a million times in the net I was a bishop) - Merc deduces therefore that I must have been a BP.

Here is your last clarification - I was a bishop for three years. Wollongong 1st Ward, Sydney Australia Mortdale Stake. Would you like to contact Church headquarters to verify this, or will you continue to assume I'm a liar? Knowing how many exmos think, I believe you'll go with the latter. That's fine with me, so I'll leave you to believe whatever tickles your fancy.

Is there any truth to the rumor that on the threshold of Scratch's office there is a sign that reads, "Abandon all hope ye who enter here"?

I thought he had this picture tagged up on his door with the caption that read "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups."

Ray, of course you're a BP. Now try to steal some lithium, would you?

Ray, this entire thread is nothing more than a giant long-winded, ad hominem based "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" post. You're whining about someone on the internet being "hidden" instead of concentrating on defending your possition against his. Instead of trying to out argue the man, you're bitching about the anonymity of the internet.

Please do the universe a favor and grow up, boy.

You really don't get it. Apparently observation is not a virtue here. I don't know how many times I've explained my position on the difference between "hidden", and maliciously hidden in order to launch attacks on others while preserving anonymity so the person launching the attacks cannot be exposed to similar scrutiny. It's very cowardly. There is not a single columnist or media commentator I know of who is not willing to put his/her name to whatever they churn out. "Scratch" is nothing but a coward. I can't even express how this revolts me. It's backstabbing. It's yellow. It's treachery. It stinks. To set out to try to destroy the character of another person from an anonymous position (so you, in turn, cannot be scrutinised) is as low as I think any human being can get.

Hidden is hidden. End of story.

Anonymous is anonymous. Journey's finish.

STFU already about people using an alias when posting here. Most everyone does it and those of us that don't, I'm certain, are a bit terrified because you seem like the kind of psychotic asshole that might just show up and knife us in our sleep.

He's not going to stop using an alias. You might as well grow/find/surgically implant a pair and be the bigger man and quit your bitching about it.
