I think the CK is going to be a pretty empty place. (No lust means no *ahem* blood infused erectile tissue, which of course means no penetration, which means no ejaculation, which means no fertilization... which means the whole idea of the CK just bites the dust). I think being dropkicked into the CK is the only way anyone will go.

PS: Bremerton, huh? I have a sis in Everett and a daughter at UW.

If there is a heaven and we have human bodies then I very much hope that high heels and mini skirts will be there for the women.

No lust only in the lower kingdoms because there is nothing to lust after. There will be no genitalia outside of the CK (see Joseph Fielding Smith quote below). This is what all faithful Mormons are striving for, to retain their genitalia.

In both of these kingdoms [i.e., the terrestrial and telestial] there will be changes in the bodies and limitations. They will not have the power of increase, neither the power or nature to live as husbands and wives, for this will be denied them and they cannot increase. Those who receive the exaltation in the celestial kingdom will have the “continuation of the seeds forever.” They will live in the family relationship. In the terrestrial and in the telestial kingdoms there will be no marriage. Those who enter there will remain “separately and singly” forever. Some of the functions in the celestial body will not appear in the terrestrial body, neither in the telestial body, and the power of procreation will be removed. I take it that men and women will, in these kingdoms, be just what the so-called Christian world expects us all to be - neither man nor woman, merely immortal beings having received the resurrection.(Doctrines of Salvation. vol. 2, pg. 287-288.)

Loss of genitalia in my mind is the worst punishment a loving god could inflict on man. Perhaps I will reconsider my apostasy and head back to church. This is more than I can bear.

I'm agnostic, so I'm not qualified to answer that.

2. If you have a personal vision of heaven, does clothing play any part in that?

I'm agnostic, so I have no personal vision of heaven.

3. If clothing became optional in this life, which option would you choose, and why?

I would choose to be naked 24/7. This is because I don't like being confined by clothing.

4. Are your clothing choices now driven by society/culture or by your own innate sense?

Driven entirely by society/culture. I see nothing inherently wrong or shameful about the human body at all.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

I have never seen a prohibition against lusting after your spouse.

I'm assuming women do not alter as much in form.

Yes.

If the women must wear skirts let it be grass skirts while the men should all have lawn-mowers.

If there is no lust allowed, then what's the point?

But there is lust allowed mixed with charity and pure romantic love. The best kind.
