by the way, was the change in avatar due to our calls of hypocrisy?

No...several friends requested it on the Off Topic forum, and I obliged. Bond thinks I'm hot, so I enjoy torturing him on a regular basis. ;)
Huh. May I ask if this was talken shortly after coming home from church?

No...actually it was taken after coming home from work.

Why does it matter when the pic was taken?

Basturd! What an insult! LOL

I guess it does look a little "Molly" ish from the lighting.

That's a pale green jacket. There is no lace on it, but it does kind of look that way in the picture now that you mention it. LOL

We have to wear conservative office attire at work. I teach a series of career preparation classes in addition to my computer classes at the college right now. That picture was actually taken after taking my class on a "field trip" to a job fair.

Thanks, Book of Mormon!

by the way, I'll be posting a play by play regarding our foursome in chat on the Off Topic forum tomorrow.

How's that for derailing my own thread?

LOL

Is that a glass of Mormon coffee in your pic?

How do you feel about the WoW?

It's Pepsi. I'm a Pepsi addict. I have been since I was a kid.

There is no known cure.(or at least not one I'm really considering...I like my Pepsi. LOL)

;)

How do I feel about the WoW?

I think it makes a lot of common sense from a health perspective.

I honestly don't see the difference between drinking a cup of coffee and drinking a 32 ounce Pepsi in the morning, which is what I do. LOL

I cook with wine...not cooking wine, but the real stuff. Cooking wine has too much salt. I have run into church members at the grocery store and bought wine without batting an eye. No one has ever said anything to me, and if they did, they would get an earful about minding their own business.

I honestly don't think that the WoW should be a hard and fast commandment. It was meant as a health guide. I think that moderation in all things is the key. A glass of wine with dinner is not going to hurt you. It's actually been proven to be healthy.

However, there are people who are alcoholics, and don't know they're alcoholics until they take that first drink...so I understand the flip side as well.

This is probably a question for another thread, but when was the Word of Wisdom transferred from a guide to a commandment, and when did the definitions of "strong drink" and "hot drinks" come about? Just curious...

If your next question is...do I follow the Word of Wisdom? Yes, I do.
