what five to ten books do you wish every eighteen year old LDS male would read. It could be anything from the Bible to how to understand history to books on polygamy. are there any that completely changed the way you thought about things.

The Standard works, for obvious reasons. Joseph Smith, for a nice perspective and understanding of Church history. Hugh Nibley might be a bit tough for that age, but the McConkie books are great as far as a plain and simple understanding of Church Doctrine. hes every bit as direct and straightforward as his Father was. Very plain and enjoyable to read.

The Satanic Bible was written by Anton LeVay.

The fake pop-culture one. I got the real deal. You have to have a special contact to get one. Requires that you prance around a bonfire in a loincloth chanting for five hours, then you jump into the fire and the words of the book are seared into your flesh. Using necromantic rituals you transfer the scars into a blank book and then you have a copy. Hard to acquire, goes for at least a thousand bucks on EBay.
