I'm not an exmo, and Merc likes me. And yes, Merc and I have disagreed. I'm too tired to pull up the posts, but suffice it to say that we have.
I think people tend to show their heart when you recognize the heart that is in them. Merc has posted some very poignant stories regarding his family. My heart aches for some of the things he has gone through. I think that's why we've managed to get along even though we don't see eye to eye on everything.

PP posted his story-line as well.
Merc has just come out with things that have happened in his past on various threads....not as a "one shot" deal the way PP did.
