Republican/Democrat/Independant?
Republican/Democrat/Independant?
The whole fall out of the Idaho Senator this week has lead me to wonder why anyone would back the Republican party now, what with countless sex scandals, people jumping ship from Bush's Admin every month, and lack of what feels like centralized leadership.
I am a democrat, and have always been, though I do hate to see such things happening in the other party. I have never voted strait ticket until last November, but I am curious as to here, where do we stand as a group? Are their more conservatives or liberals or what here? Just curious how LDS and non/ex-LDS members fall in the political spectrum.

Oh! Nephi, should this be in the off topic forum? Perhaps?

Just rest assured that if you vote Republican, it will not be on a "straight" ticket.
This is a reversal is it not? Usually you associate Republicans with only graft.
