Come on. I know some of you like the threads I make over there... They aren't that boring, are they?

Nah. If they were boring, they wouldn't close so many of them as fast as they do.
That's General Leo. He could be my friend if he weren't my enemy.

Nephi's a bit of a rebel, and we can't have that, can we?

Bond...James Bond wrote:In honor of my latest banning from MAD..... I figure it's time to start a recovery from MAD thread.

So MAD is totally boring in my opinion. When two year old threads are the most interesting reads, it's time to move on.

Tell us your MAD horror stories here folks.

I've not heard of this form of treatment (i.e recovery through obsessing about things that aare allegedly "totally boring"). Is that some form of reverse or upside-down psychology?

And, can you please explain how it supposedly helps people to "move on"? I ask, because from what I can see, it does just the opposite.

Or, are you just subtly mocking people here who have taken this banal approach? ;-)

Hey... Would I be a true southern boy of the US if I wasn't somewhat a rebel? On a side note, who's going to see the oval track races this friday with my family#@!#@!#@!

It helps, because all of these comments make the MAD board seem even less desirable.

Whereas I might have been tempted to check the board, I am less likely to do so now. Thus, this thread has helped me "move on".
WK: "Joseph Smith asserted that the Book of Mormon peoples were the original inhabitants of the americas"
Will Schryver: "No, he didn’t." 3/19/08
Still waiting for Will to back this up...

Yes, that's my mission. I'm posting on MAD so you don't have to. Don't thank me all at once. ;)

So, by "moving on", you mean obsessing about MAD here rather than there? ;-)

If so, then I get what you mean by "moving" (i.e. moving the location of your obsessing from there to here), but I am not sure what you mean by "on"--unless it is in reference to being "on" this board rather than "on" MAD.

Whatever the case, in this instance that phrase apparently means something different to you than it does to me. What a surprise. ;-0.
