Uh, right. He must be making it all up, eh, Nehor? You are personally disturbed by the thought of Church Security / "Confidential Services" engaging in this type of stuff, so anybody discussing it must therefore be either insane or a liar or saddled with a "wild imagination". I'm not sure why you think that you know more about all of this than Quinn, though perhaps, as a young man living down in Texas, you somehow have managed to accrue far more information than a professional researcher such as Quinn who lived in SLC and interviewed countless people during the course of his research.

No, I'm curious as to who spilled the beans on what we're doing. We keep all these subversive operations in the dark for a reason. If there is a leak I need to mobilize my Danite squad to do what must be done. Blood Atonement, you know. It's for their own good.
