Haven't all meetinghouses lately been retrofitted with clear windows on the doors, so people in the hallway can look in and see if anything bad is going on? Bishop's offices, I believe are not retrofitted with the windows, though. I'm not sure what to think about letting children go in to talk to the bishop alone--especially with the topic of sex often discussed.

PS: do we know why LDS meeting houses have fogged windows? Is that so the world can't see in, or is it so the church members can't see the outside world?

Great minds think alike Moksha, I nearly posted that myself. My first thought was "Bishop's interviews,' too.
From the Ernest L. Wilkinson Diaries: "ELW dreams he's spattered w/ grease. Hundreds steal his greasy pants."
